BadgEasy: A Simple and Fast Employee Check-In App
BadgEasy is a reserved app for You@SIGMA enabled users, a self-service module for employees of the National Health System managed with SIGMA HR Suite solutions. The app allows employees to easily and quickly record their check-ins and checkouts during their travels. Each check-in contains the time and geographic location information, ensuring the accuracy of the data that cannot be arbitrarily modified by the user.
The app offers three ways to record the geographic coordinates:
- Virtual check-in points: select the location from a list of possible places of interest already enabled by the personal office
- QR-code: read a strategically positioned QR-code in a location or office that uniquely identifies the position and possibly an associated cause (e.g., training course)
- NFC tag: read a strategically positioned NFC tag in a location or office that uniquely identifies the position and possibly an associated cause (e.g., training course)
Each check-in will always be associated with a GPS coordinate that will be valid only if within a tolerance previously associated with the location where the check-in will be made. The employee can view their check-in records using their personal account.
